For my original art on canvas or paper I pack and ship these items myself so please allow 2-4 business days between the time you place your order and the time it ships. Standard shipping takes between 3-7 business days for U.S. residents and between 7-14 business days for international residents. At this time expedited shipping is not available for international orders so please keep that in mind when ordering if you need something by a certain date.

For Prints:

While I do keep a small inventory of prints in stock in my studio, it it very likely that your prints will be shipped out from a third party that I use to get my prints made. Prints take between 3-5 business days from when you place your order and when it ships. After that it can take an additional 2-7 business days to ship for standard shipping for US residents. For international customers standard shipping can take 1-2 weeks. At this time expedited shipping is not available for international customers so please keep that in mind when ordering if you need something by a certain date.

Please note that pieces that are larger dimensions will have a higher shipping cost than what is shown above, even for U.S. and standard shipping. This cost will be reflected at checkout when you put in your address.

For any digital products, you will get a link to download them right away after purchase. You will also receive an email to download them later. If you have a problem with your download please email info@amberkstudios.com

Other Important Info

I do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays for original pieces.

​

For international orders the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees associated with shipping your piece.

​

If you purchase both originals and prints in the same order they will most likely not ship together or arrive at the exact same time . You will receive two different tracking numbers (one for the original and one for prints) but they will both be under the same order number.

​

If you purchase canvas and paper art (original or print) in the same order you will be charged the shipping cost for the largest/heaviest weight item.

​​

​Some works on paper will be rolled to better protect the work and lower shipping cost. Any rolled pieces will have a slight/moderate curve to them when you receive them. This is standard and not a defect or reason for refund. Your piece will flatten with either weighted/heavy objects placed on top for a day or two or once it's put into a frame.
