For Original Artwork:
Due to the unique nature of these products all sales on original canvas art or original art on paper are Final Sale with no refunds or exchanges. Exceptions will only be made if product arrives damaged or is lost. See below for more info about damaged or lost items.
For Art Prints
For prints/reproduced pieces of art Only Exchanges can be granted for you to purchase a different size or style of art. If an Exchange is desired please first email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and state that you would like an exchange. Then we will email you a prepaid shipping label and you ship your item back to us within 14 days of receiving it . Once we have received your item a store credit code for the amount of your purchase will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days and is good for up to one year after the date you received it. To redeem your credit put your unique code into the coupons and codes box at checkout. Prints must be returned in the same condition received in order to get an exchange.
Credits can NOT be used on past purchases, clearance/sale items or for freelance/custom artwork orders. Credits must be used in full and can not be split into multiple purchases.
For Digital Products
Due to the unique nature of these products I cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital downloads/products. If you have a problem with your download please email email@example.com
For Damaged or Lost Items:
If an item you receive is damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org and put Damaged Item in the subject line. Please provide your order number and any details or pictures of the damage to the item in the email. We will email you a prepaid shipping label, then you return the item within 14 days of receiving it to get a full refund.
If you haven't received your item 7 business days after its scheduled arrival please email email@example.com and put Lost Package in the subject line. Please provide order number and the tracking number you received in the email . We will try and help locate the package and get it to you. If the package is truly lost a full refund will be given.
Amber K. Studios is not responsible for any packages lost on their way back to us to receive a refund. All refunds will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.
For Sale Items:
All sale artwork (both originals and prints) are Final Sale, with no refunds or exchanges. Only exception is if product arrives damaged or is lost. Please see above for info on damaged or lost items.
**Note: We recommend customers get and keep a proof of return slip for their return packages as Amber K. Studios is not responsible for items lost on their way back to us. And in most circumstances, without the returned item no exchange or refund can be given. If you believe a return/exchange item has gotten lost email firstname.lastname@example.org and put Lost Return Package in the subject line and explain the situation. Be sure to include the tracking number you got and we will do our best to work with you**
